Class Description: Introspection and visualization that could help to improve moral character. Exploring the middot ( character traits) and meditation techniques as described by Rabbi Simcha Zissel Zvi and Rabbi Ira F Stone.
Regardless of our age we can all use techniques to help quite that inner voice. In this class we will review the middot (character traits) of Mussar to discover individual resonations and explore the meditative suggestions of Rabbi Simcha Zissel Zvi and Rabbi Ira F Stone as we strive to become the highest, best version of ourselves.
